Shade: Open Secret
I absolutely adore Lipstick Queen lipsticks, glosses and now the new gloss/blush cream hybrid. Cream blushes are such a great thing for older skin like mine and I wanted to try this because it is easy to use, no glitter involved and beautiful pigmentation. Poppy King who is the creator of Lipstick Queen states that these are easy to give a glow that can be used with bold or bright lip colors because they are so sheer. They are subtle and flattering and Open Secret is a "romantic pop pink" that almost looks coral to me even in the swatches. Because I have such a red undertone to my skin and have hot flashes and rosacea, I am cautious with blush. These are perfect for my needs and I don't feel like I look like a clown!
There are 4 colors and are said that they can be used on your lips as well. I haven't tried them on my lips because I have such a huge Lipstick Queen lippie addiction :). As a blush, they work magic. Have you tried the new Oxymoron Matte Glosses? Do tell! Sherry
